Return Policy

Cabinetra’s Return Policy

At Cabinetra, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

  1. General Returns
    • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 10 days by emailing to info@cabinetra.com.
    • A standard 25% restocking fee applies to all returns that not due to our error/damaged .

  2. Return Conditions
    • Returns must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals in new condition.
    • Do not mark or tape the product packaging
    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and uninstalled. Installed items are non-returnable but may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  3. Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Orders
    • Report any issues within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
    • If the item is damaged, defective, or missing parts (and uninstalled), we will provide a free replacement or missing parts at no cost.
    • If you opt for a refund instead of an exchange, shipping charges and restocking fees apply.
    • Installed defective products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty—contact us for assistance.

  4. Shipping Costs & Refunds
    • If the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for all shipping costs
    • If returning a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, shipping costs and restocking fees are waived.

  5. Restocking Fee
    • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incomplete items

  6. Order Cancellations
    • Orders can be canceled within the first 8 hours, but you will be charged the processing fee by the CC companies.
    • Backorders can always be canceled before shipment.
    • If a package is returned due to refusal or failure to accept delivery, it will be considered a return, and standard fees will apply.
    Additional Information
    Damaged Shipments
    • Inspect all packages upon receiving. If damaged, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery invoice. Contact us immediately for an RMA.
    • If damage is noticed after signing, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
    Defective Products
    • Report defective items within 48 hours of receipt.
    • Post-use defects must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.
    Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned:
    Crown moldings, Toe kicks, Scribe molding, fillers, and decorative posts
